Fort Trump is a privately initiated territorial project located in Montenegro,

established on land owned by the Bakov family since 2014.

The initiative is based on the premise that Europe requires new institutional

formats aligned with the United States in the areas of security, economic

development, and long-term strategic stability.

STRATEGIC INTENT

precedents.

THE FOUNDING FAMILY

The House of Bakov is a Russian–Israeli family with long-term territorial

holdings in Montenegro and prior experience in sovereign and institutional

initiatives.
